- Minimum 06 month of experience of BPO working is mandatory.

- Experience in customer service will be added advantage.

- Fresher with excellent communication skill can be considered.

- Overseeing the customer service process.

- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

- Creating policies and procedures.

- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.

- Solving quires of financial Products/Insurance Policy to the leads given by the company.

Relocation benefit for out station candidates-

Relocation amount Rs 10000

Travel Allowance upto Rs 700

15 days accommodation and one time meal
