You will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support and proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi languages. Key Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. Providing accurate information, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Documenting and updating customer records accurately. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience. Meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in inbound customer support (preferred). Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi languages. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software.
