Job Description

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries . * Handle and resolve customer complaints . . Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries . Provide pricing and delivery information . Perform customer verification's . * Process orders , forms , applications and requests . Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes . Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource . * Manage customers ' accounts . * Keep records of customer interactions and transactions . * Maintain customer databases .Qualifications & Skills * 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Care Executive , or similar .Fresher can apply . Excellent in written & verbal communication . Able to handle customer queries & complaints. Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and Expe establishing customer relationships . * Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry . trends . Excellent interpersonal skills . . This is not a Work from Home role .Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
