We are Hiring!!! Designation : Customer Care Executive Language : English + Marathi/ Kannada / Telugu/ Tamil Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience- 6months to 1 year in Sales Salary : 25k CTC (Negotiable) 6 Day\'s working Shift- 9am to 6pm - 6 days working- Rotational week off Location : Gurgaon, Haryana Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of company\'s strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote fintech products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your understanding of fintech operations and management principles.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors
