These devices also help users in the automation of their existing homes/buildings and secure the appliances from voltage fluctuations and short circuits. We have already served 1200+ individuals, and households, 570+ builders, 82 interior designers and 25 architects. Role: Customer Care Executive Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support by answering questions and solving problems. 2. Coordinate with other teams to arrange support for property sites when necessary. 3. Help users in installing the app, register and log-in. 4. Address any concerns or issues raised by guests and give solutions. 5. Assist property owners in setting us a dashboard for their properties and after sales support for products 6. Coordinate with other teams to arrange support for property sites when necessary. Eligibility: 1. 1-2 years of experience in customer support/operations roles. 2. Good communication & Problem-solving skills and a friendly attitude to build positive relationships. 3. Familiarity with CRM software, electricity usage and dashboard. 4. Ability to coordinate, manage support services and key accounts for customers. 5. Help users in installing the app, register and log-in. 6. Must have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business/ B. Tech (Electrical) related field.
