Job Description

Generating Leads and Making Sales:



Contacting potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services. Identifying customer needs and tailoring product/service offerings accordingly. Presenting products/services effectively and persuasively. Closing sales deals and achieving sales targets.

Customer Interaction and Relationship Building:



Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Building rapport and maintaining positive customer relationships. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Data Management and Record Keeping:



Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Updating customer information in the database. Preparing sales reports and tracking performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
