Keeping customers records, interactions, queries & comments to improve process & services. Following up with customer & their queries. Ensuring requests are attended properly. Taking feedbacks from customers. Identifying the gaps in customer satisfaction level Requirements: Should have good communication skills, soft spoken. He / She must have good command over regional language. Should have problem solving approach. Should be quick in responding customer\xe2\x80\x99s queries / requirements / follow ups.
