Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties: o Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessaryo Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customerso Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all timeso Draft quotations as per customers' requesto Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactiono Prompt response to customer inquirieso Communicating with customers via Chat, Email or Calls; follow up with customerso Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutiono Knowing our products thoroughly so that customer queries can be solvedo Processing orders, forms, applications, and requestso Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policieso Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationo Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?12,000.00 - ?25,641.98 per monthBenefits:
