Assist customers with bookings, confirmations, and itinerary details.
Resolve customer issues related to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
Suggest suitable travel options based on customer requirements and budget.
Maintain accurate customer records and update details in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and vendors.
Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Collect post-travel feedback to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
