Job Description

Responsibilities:



Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through calls. Should be comfortable with both - Inbound and Outbound voice process. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support. Should be able to handle objections.

Requirements:



A Graduate degree in any field. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in inbound/outbound voice process. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Must be fluent & soft spoken in Hindi & English language. Should have Computer skills, MS Office. Female Candidate

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
