Position: Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process Location: Gurgaon Type: Full-time Shift: Rotational Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt and efficient resolutions via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. \xc2\xb7 Interact with international customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience during every interaction. \xc2\xb7 Understand customer needs and address their queries effectively, aiming to exceed their expectations. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate them when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. \xc2\xb7 Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and keep up-to-date with the latest company policies and offerings. \xc2\xb7 Proactively identify and suggest improvements to optimize customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 Achieve and maintain key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, response time, and first call resolution. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college. \xc2\xb7 Graduate Fresher\xe2\x80\x99s can also apply. \xc2\xb7 Undergraduate with experience of minimum 1 year can also apply. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience of 6 months - 2 years in an international voice process customer service role. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent and clear pronunciation. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools. \xc2\xb7 Ability to handle high call volumes and challenging situations with patience and empathy. \xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to resolving issues. \xc2\xb7 Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing business needs. \xc2\xb7 Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. \xc2\xb7 Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
