Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at GoodVibes Placement Services. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduation mandatory
  • 5 Days working
  • Rotational Week Off
  • Rotational shifts (24/7). (No Cab provided)
  • Minimum 6 months experience in any BPO.
  • Language- English and Hindi mandatory.
  • Location Guindy, Chennai.
  • Salary 24K CTC (21K take home).
  • Immediate Joiners preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Processing customer orders and updating relevant information in the system
  • Providing support to the sales team and assisting with sales-related activities
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
