Job Profile: Customer Care Executive| Day Shift/ Outbound Process 1. Make calls to customers to confirm orders/answer queries as required 2. Managing calls, messages & emails and customer service inquiries 3. Identifying and assessing customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve complete customer satisfaction 4. Diligently answering queries posted by customers on social media 5. Interact with customers through crisp and clear communication 6. Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers 7. Handle customer complaints & provide appropriate solutions within the time limits 8. Keep records of customer interactions 9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies 10. Do grievance redressal for customer complaints 11. Ensure no complaints are escalated on any social media platform 12. Coordinate with operations for correct dispatch of orders as per invoice Required Skill Set: 1. Should have computer Knowledge and Excel. 2. Have good command over English and Hindi Language. 3. Good communication. 4. Customer focus. 5. Should have good convincing power. 6. Should be presentable. 7. Should be able to work with team. 8.
