We at Chandigarh university are hiring CCE for Admissions Department. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Counselors should be very clear about the pitching and they have
to focus on the content of delivery.
  • Responsible for calling to generate leads & admission conversion.
  • Responsible for calling and taking appointments from schools/
college/ institutions.
  • E - Mailers: she has to send thanks email after every new visit as
the same time when the executive shares the email immediately after the visit updated in WhatsApp group.
  • Converting leads into successful admissions.
1. Effective and Timely Follow-ups. 2. Handle Different students inquiries. 3. Make calls, follow ups & ownership 4. Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquette\'s. 5. Punctuality. 6. Respond to Students inquiries proactively. 7. Provide product and information to students. 8. Route calls to appropriate resources in case of escalation. Desired Candidate Profile
