: Company Name: AllSec Role: Customer Care Executive Process: Outbound process Shift Pattern: Domestic Process (Day Shift 9:30am-6:30pm / 10am-7pm) 6 days working with 1 rotational week off Salary: 16k CTC Location: Shanti Nagar and MG Road in Bangalore. Age Criteria: 18-29 Years Requirements:
- Good command over written and verbal English and any 2 South Indian languages (Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada) is mandatory
- Candidate should have completed 12th or 2nd PUC or Any Graduates are eligible to apply
- Handling customer queries via call
- Offering proactive assistance to customers
- Acquire and validate the information and provide it to the customers with full efficiency
- Ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their need.
