Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong administrative skills: organized, efficient and versatile.
  • Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external.
  • Customer information entry in tracking system.
  • Monitor and track vehicles running late and resolve the issue at the earliest.
  • Communicate details of vehicle and freight to Customers and Vendors by email and phone.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Good Oral & Written Communication Skills.
  • Strong Analytical, Problem Solving and Organizational ability.
  • Nulla venenatis.
