Job seekers : Customer Relationship Executive Position Summary: The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our company\'s customers. This individual will be the primary point of contact for customers and will work to ensure that their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the primary point of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information as needed * Identify customer needs and concerns and work to address them in a timely and satisfactory manner * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communicate customer feedback to relevant internal teams * Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for customer growth and retention * Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures * Participate in ongoing customer service training and development Qualifications: * Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent experience * Freshers are welcome * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to think critically and problem-solve * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment * Additional Languages known will be an advantage If you are a customer-focused individual with a passion for building and maintaining positive relationships, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Customer Relationship Executive.
