customer queries fielded by a team of Ayurveda physicians across the stateCustomer care executive - Job ResponsibilitiesWe are searching for a dedicated, supportive Ayurveda physician who can
deliver a comprehensive service to tele-consulting, testimonial capturing,
enquiring customers across the state. He/She shall also coach and motivate our
sales team. He/she should be analytical, supportive, and prepared to act as a
resource to agents. You should be supportive, communicative, and attentive.Customer Care Executive Requirements: ? BAMS Graduates/ New hire.
? Fluent and good at His/her mother tongue(kannada)
? Multilingual Capability (South Indian Languages) is an add on
? Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications,
and phone systems.
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
? Ability to coach, train, and motivate Sales team.
? Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
? Analytical, efficient, and thorough.
? Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense
situations, especially during busy hours.
