Customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chat conversations, to ensure compliance with quality standards as per the customer service team. 2. The agent should be a quick learner to grab new skills to meet customer service requirements. 3. Skills Required : For Fresher :

• A candidate should have good communication skill on English Language.
• Ready to relocate at Ajmer Facility.
• Graduate or else pursuing final year.
• Open for 24*7 shifts along with 1 rotational weekly off.
• Quick learner, adaptative & disciplined.
• Open to work for blended process (Voice + Backhand).

For Experienced :

• A candidate should have good communication skill on English Language.
• Minimum experience of 6-12 months in travel industry or else 12-18 months for non-travel.
• Basis knowledge of any GDS system (Amadeus or Galileo).
• Ready to relocate at Ajmer Facility.
• Graduate or else pursuing final year.
• Open for 24*7 shifts along with 1 rotational weekly off.
• Quick learner, adaptative & disciplined.
• Open to work for blended process (Voice + Backhand).
