Their product range includes high-chairs, beddings, strollers, car seats, a nursery range, ride-on, grapple toys, a feeding range, and more. Witnessing the huge need for the baby care segment, the brand has introduced compact, lightweight 'Baby Feather Diaper' wipes and Diaper Bin this year. Job Title -Customer Care Executive
Department - Customer Care
Working days and timings - 6 days 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Location - Ahmedabad
Experience: - Minimum 1 year
Qualification - Graduate
Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Solving customer queries over call, mail or text
• Coordinating with team mates
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Focus on customer satisfaction
• Share open and closing counts for tickets, calls, and chats.
• Manage refunds
• Maintain daily and weekly reports
• Handle order cancellations
• Perform finance-related tasks
• Conduct quality checks of calls and chats on a daily basis
