Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible for handling property enquiries and E-commerce Back office work, working with the UK-based client. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: - Handle property enquiries via call/emails, CRM Tickets. - Work with the UK-based client (Property Management) Accounts & Lettings department. - Work with the UK-based E-commerce client (Back office Support). -T ake Tenant and Landlord details and record the same in CRM. - Deal with rental residential / HMO properties inquiries - Handle basic accounting entries and generate statements for the UK-based property management client. - Liaise with landlords and Tenants to keep records upto date. - Perform error-free data entry work for the UK-based E-commerce client. - Coordinate with senior staff and Team Leader on the floor to support both the projects. - He/she may work as buffer staff on the project for the first few months to train him/ her for 360-degree for both the processes across the project and then will be placed on the vacancy on the project. He / She should be ready to work dynamically. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in any field or Fresher can apply. 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field is Plus point. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
