Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Attend all customer queries received via Email, Chat or Calls
  • Call Customers to confirm COD Orders
  • Address all customer queries promptly and in a polie & satisfactory manner
  • Call customers to gather feedback on the product & get them to leave reviews on the product
  • Facilitate all customer exchange & refund requests. Co-ordinate with the Operations team to arrange pickups and exchanges for given customers
  • Work closely with operations team to make sure all customers orders are delivered in time.
  • For any Rejected Orders, call customers & understand the reason why order was rejected. Try to solve their issues.
  • Have excellent typing skills, ability to handle atleast 100-150 queries per day.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 918,000.00 per month Benefits:

Language:
