Job Description

  • Ensuring maximum conversion of walk in by attending each and every customer.
  • Assisting the customers by understand their needs and closing the sale accordingly.
  • Increasing the ticket Size by Cross selling and Up-selling.
  • Planning and striving to achieve the sales target of the assigned section.
  • Taking active feedback from customers through suggestions forms, tablets.
  • Educating Customers about the First Citizen Program and ensuring maximum conversions.
  • Educating Customers on the mobile app and ensuring maximum downloads.
  • Educating the customers on the new promotions & offers.
  • To ensure timely closures of all processes related to inventory management and control.
  • To receive stocks on floor and display them as per VM norms.
  • To maintain the display, ensure proper ironing, folding, piling, colour blocking etc as per VM norms.
  • To ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned section.
  • Customers and ensure excellent customer service
  • Ensuring safety of merchandising through 100 % tagging.
  • Cashiering / billing as per the billing process.
  • Attend training as per the training schedule and complete all online certifications as per timeline.
