r About the Role
r Z You will be responsible for working directly with the Seller Team. You will be responsible
r for handling the end to end process from client acquisition till supporting Etsy sellers
r through email/chat and voice line of business.
r Z You will contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
r Z You will work directly with their team leads and senior partners to provide feedback on
r improving support experiences and agent processes.
r Z You will be responsible to handle queries or support potential Etsy sellers with their
r onboarding.r r About You
r Z You must be a graduate from a recognized University/College.
r Z You have a minimum one-year sales, technical, product, and/or customer support
r experience.
r Z You are a computer savvy (knows their way around an e-commerce platform, able to use
r a smartphone and laptop)
r Z Impeccable communication and confidence in written interactions (English). You can
r interject your personality when communicating without sounding unprofessional.
r Z A positive and "people first" attitude. You take on new challenges with a smile, even
r under pressure.
r Z Strong organization skills with a fine-tuned attention to detail. You manage your time well
r and never miss an email.
r Z Experience with support software and CRM tools would be preferred.
r Z Confidence in user education and sales.
