As part of our business strategy and ambitious growth plans, we are looking out for a dynamic person to shoulder the responsibility of Customer Care Officer/ Senior Customer Care Officer. This position will report to Business Line Manager-Desoutter.

Job description

Customer care for Indent and local sales

• Customer master creation, sales order processing, Order on hand review, billing prioritisation, customer payment recovery in coordination sales team, collaboration with logistics team
• Sales scorecards and receivables dashboards
• Support marketing and channel partners to drive customer satisfaction and growth

Mission

Drive customer satisfaction and growth through efficient sales administration

Experience requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in successfully handling customer administration for industrial product marketing organisation

Knowledge and educational requirement

Knowledge of business process system preferably SAP and Cloud based Sales tools

Sound communication skills with proficiency in English language
