Job Description

The scope and responsibilities of work as Client Services Co-ordinator in a bakery cloud kitchen and cafe outlet and retail store involve managing various aspects of client service, including as below:

Valued Clients:

Interacting with clients to understand their needs, taking orders addressing concerns or complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction with the bakery's products and services.

Delivery Partners:

Coordinating with delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process.

Bakery Kitchen Staff:

Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and addressing any operational issues within the kitchen.

Bakery Manager/superiors/Accounts Dept:

Reporting to any collaborating with bakery managers or superiors to provide updates on client feedback, and reports.

Operational challenges, and suggestions for improvement. They may also assist in implementing new strategies or procedures to enhance client satisfaction and streamline operations.

Job Profile:

Doing invoices for sale orders - Sending them to clients- sending the client's payment links - recording the payments - booking the WeFast or any delivery partners for orders - coordinating with couriers and clients about delivery. Coordinate with the bakery kitchen about timely dispatches etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
