As a Customer Account Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, be the direct point of contact for inquiries, complaints and provide effective solutions for client demands. Additionally, you will develop targeted marketing strategies to increase company revenue, prepare reports, forecast sales, and analyze industry trends. Qualifications A Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role in the travel, hospitality, or service industry.
