As a Customer Account Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, be the direct point of contact for inquiries, complaints and provide effective solutions for client demands. Additionally, you will develop targeted marketing strategies to increase company revenue, prepare reports, forecast sales, and analyze industry trends. Qualifications A Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role in the travel, hospitality, or service industry. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. A strong background in customer relationship management and sales. Experience in managing projects and working with cross-functional teams. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or other CRM software. An understanding of the travel and tourism industry is desirable. Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus.
