- Responsible for custom layout of RF and analog circuits such as LNA, Mixers, PLL , Power amplifiers, Data converters, LDOs, SerDes, LC VCO, Bandgap and Bias circuits.
- Responsible for custom layout of RF and analog circuits such as LNA, Mixers, PLL , Power amplifiers, Data converters, LDOs, SerDes, LC VCO, Bandgap and Bias circuits.
- Responsible for block and top-level layout and verification using industry-standard sign off tools.
- Collaborate with design teams to deliver high-quality custom layouts.
- Create and review layouts to comply with Electromigration, IR Drop, Latch-up, Matching, and DFM requirements.
- Interact with foundry over matters of technology, schedule, and signoff.
- B.Tech /B.S in electrical engineering is a must.
- M.Tech /M.S in electrical engineering is preferred.
- Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the layout of analog or RF blocks.
- Hands-on expertise in all of the following areas:
- Floor planning
- Power planning
- Placement
- Analog layout techniques
- Matching
- Differential routing
- Mitigation of WPE and LOD effect
- Extraction
- Physical Verification (DRC & LVS),
- EM/IR
- Full chip/ top-level expertise in multiple chip tape-outs.
- Proficiency in SKILL programming is desirable.
- Expertise in double patterning process nodes is desirable.
- Expertise in Cadence Virtuoso layout suite is preferred.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
