About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supervise cooks and manage the preparations, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all food items
2. Prep menu items for hot and cold line, assist with buffets
3. Assist chefs in gathering all ingredients in recipes and preparing carts for specific banquets
4. Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
