About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare food in accordance with recipes, quality, and presentation standards
2. Prepare breads, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as required using baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances
3. Check and ensure correct temperatures of storage and kitchen areas as well as food
4. Maintain records
5. Track food supplies and place orders, as needed
6. Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling procedures, including personal hygiene procedures
7. Work on being punctual and disciplined
