1. CSR Planning & Implementation
Assist in developing and executing the annual CSR action plan in line with the company's CSR policy.
Coordinate implementation of CSR projects across focus areas such as education, healthcare, environment, community development, skill development, etc.
Liaise with internal departments and external implementing agencies/NGOs for smooth execution of CSR activities.
Ensure CSR initiatives align with company values, sustainability goals, and community needs.
2. Project Coordination & Monitoring
Track progress of ongoing CSR projects and ensure milestones and timelines are met.
Conduct site visits and coordinate impact assessments of CSR initiatives.
Maintain project-wise records including budgets, utilization certificates, photographs, reports, and beneficiary details.
Identify risks or implementation gaps and report deviations to management.
3. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with applicable CSR laws, rules, and guidelines.
Assist in preparation of statutory CSR reports, impact assessment reports, and disclosures for annual reports.
Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and board-level reviews.
Support preparation of CSR committee meeting notes, presentations, and minutes.
4. Budgeting & Financial Coordination
Monitor CSR budgets and ensure optimal utilization of allocated funds.
Coordinate with finance team for fund disbursement, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
Ensure timely receipt of utilization certificates and financial statements from partner organizations.
5. Stakeholder & Partnership Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, government bodies, local authorities, and community representatives.
Coordinate employee volunteering programs and internal CSR engagement initiatives.
Act as the point of contact for CSR-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
6. Communication & Documentation
Prepare CSR reports, case studies, presentations, and success stories.
Support internal and external communication on CSR activities (website, newsletters, social media, etc.).
Maintain an updated CSR database and MIS reports.
7. Continuous Improvement
Research best practices, new CSR trends, and innovative sustainability initiatives.
Suggest improvements and new project ideas based on community impact and organizational objectives.
Support long-term sustainability and ESG-related initiatives.
