Communicate effectively with clinicians to assign patient care according to established protocols and standards.
Coordinate and manage interactions between clinicians and patients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Oversee client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and resolution of any issues that arise.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of clinical practices, regulations, and compliance standards.
Lead and manage clinicians or voice process teams, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, service delivery, and overall operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery and exceed client expectations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
3-5 years of experience in managing clinicians or voice process teams.
Strong planning and analytical abilities, along with effective decision-making skills.
Aspiration to work in a BPO setting.
Ability to thrive in an aggressive work environment.
Willingness to work the night shift (10:30 PM to 7:30 AM) at our office premises in Elippode, Trivandrum.
