Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
1 year of experience in domestic voice customer support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic tech platforms
Strong multitasking ability and adaptability to shifting priorities
Empathy-driven approach with a focus on customer satisfaction
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
