Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic inbound customer queries via chat and voice channels Deliver prompt, courteous, and solution-oriented responses Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed Maintain service quality benchmarks and meet performance metrics Collaborate with team members to continuously improve support strategies

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

1 year of experience in domestic voice customer support

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency in CRM tools and basic tech platforms Strong multitasking ability and adaptability to shifting priorities Empathy-driven approach with a focus on customer satisfaction Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
