Key Responsibilities:*
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to insurance products (health, life, motor, general insurance, etc.).*

Make outbound calls for policy renewals, cross-selling, upselling, and lead generation.*

Explain insurance plans, benefits, premium calculations, and terms clearly to customers.*

*

Guide customers through claim procedures, documentation, and grievance handling.*

*

Maintain customer records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.*

*

Provide accurate and updated information to build trust and long-term relationships.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
