  • can handle Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls and Chat Support
  • who is willing to work 9am-7pm window and can work actively to resolve customer queries and inquiry at highest customer satisfaction level.
  • Attention to detail and quality to ensure accuracy of work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
