Role Overview:



We are hiring a

Senior Customer Support Executive

to handle international customer queries via calls, chats, or emails. The candidate must have excellent English communication skills and experience managing global customers.

Key Responsibilities:


Resolve customer issues efficiently (voice/chat/email). Provide accurate information and maintain customer satisfaction. Escalate complex cases and document interactions. Achieve quality and performance targets.

Requirements:


Minimum 1 year of experience in an international process (US/UK/Canada/Australia). Strong communication & problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
