Roles & Responsibilities:
A CSA in this role is responsible for processing data with high accuracy and pace in a specified format while adhering to the prescribed SLA.
Operational
- Ensure that the computerized records are captured accurately and maintained in prescribed manner.
- Re-enters the given data into a client specified format.
- Solicits and compiles information and data related to processing activities.
- Works efficiently towards achieving the SLA based on the project requirement and meets the specified quality standards
- Assures protection of the systems and data by performing at least one system back up per day.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Critical: ? Good analytical skills ? Patient and process oriented ? An eye for detail ? Ability to handle large amount of data ? Typing Skills - 20 wpm with 90 % accuracy
