Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Doing refreshers training whenever required
- Recording the training quality, hiring quality, training scores
- Trouble shooting on product related clarifications and ensure team is up to speed on the product related updates
- Audit the documents based on specifications and guidelines
- Record audit findings
- Prepare ILP Reports and circulate
- Organize ILP meeting, quality briefings to update associates on any quality issues
- Periodic knowledge calibration with client or SME
Key Performance Indicators
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
- Good knowledge of spread sheets and graphs
- Ability to handle customer requirements
- Ability to comprehend processing guidelines and download them to examiners
- Excellent Communication Skills (Oral & Written)
Qualification & Experience
Critical: Experience in Healthcare industry
Quality analyst or equal to that designation in previous org
Should have handled training of team
Desirable: Good Communication Skills
