Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Doing refreshers training whenever required
  • Recording the training quality, hiring quality, training scores
  • Trouble shooting on product related clarifications and ensure team is up to speed on the product related updates
  • Audit the documents based on specifications and guidelines
  • Record audit findings
  • Prepare ILP Reports and circulate
  • Organize ILP meeting, quality briefings to update associates on any quality issues
  • Periodic knowledge calibration with client or SME
Collaborate with other functions and ensure smooth working relations

Key Performance Indicators
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
  • Good knowledge of spread sheets and graphs
  • Ability to handle customer requirements
  • Ability to comprehend processing guidelines and download them to examiners
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Oral & Written)
Qualifications - External

Qualification & Experience

Critical: Experience in Healthcare industry

Quality analyst or equal to that designation in previous org

Should have handled training of team

Desirable: Good Communication Skills
