The CS Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are for an AIF. .
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements within the fund and AIF.
Prepare and maintain statutory records, registers, and filings as per applicable laws.
Provide guidance on corporate governance and company secretarial practices.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submissions of required documents.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Assist in board meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
Monitor changes in relevant legislation and implement necessary updates.
Support the legal department in managing compliance-related queries and tasks.
