Job Description

The CS Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are for an AIF. .

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements within the fund and AIF.
• Prepare and maintain statutory records, registers, and filings as per applicable laws.
• Provide guidance on corporate governance and company secretarial practices.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submissions of required documents.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Assist in board meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and implement necessary updates.
• Support the legal department in managing compliance-related queries and tasks.

A successful CS Compliance Officer should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications in law, compliance, or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
