Position Summary
The CRM and Sales Analytics Senior Analyst will play a critical role in enabling Huron's sales organization through data-driven insights and reporting excellence. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, Power BI visualizations, and Excel models that drive sales forecasting, performance measurement, and executive decision-making. The analyst will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and deliverables -- including executive-ready PowerPoint reports -- that support the Growth Enablement Teams (GET) in achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing accuracy with quick turnaround, and is motivated to continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and analytics capabilities.
