Designation / Role Name : CRM Manager

Location: Chennai Job responsibilities Include:

  • Accountable for execution and implementation of CRM initiatives across global Actuation Technologies
  • Effectively leveraging Emerson and Final Control CRM strategies, develop detailed requirement gathering to define scope and benefits of projects and initiatives, developing, and documenting all ACT business needs, processes and standards
  • Active role in understanding, alignment and execution of CRM implementation scope, plan, stakeholders, onboarding process, guide on best practices and ensure timely delivery of measurable outcomes
  • Understand key existing and new customers, end users, industry trends and supports world area sales growth by giving qualitative and quantitative analytics
  • Partner closely with sales, customer service, IT and various stakeholders for the timely execution of the project
  • Developing and deploying training on CRM tool, process and cadence to all stakeholders
  • Support the realization of CRM\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and vision by pro-actively raising the tools profile across Global Sales, Customer Service, and wider organizations to drive the use of standardized, embedded best practices and global processes
  • Maintain and analyze cadence and audit process and metrics to ensure 100% compliance to the process and tools so processes are embedded in day-to-day operations.
  • Develop, track and report the CRM usage for sales opportunity funnel builder processes and results
  • Responsible for CRM data governance including data standard, data audit, user access rights, reporting and analytics
  • Tactical hands-on maintenance of the data in CRM ensuring process adherence and data accuracy.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders throughout the lifecycle: Sales Offices, Customer Service, IT Application Team, Global CRM Teams, Actuation Technologies IT and Digital Customer Experience Team and Data Administrators.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales / customer care functions - Proven success nurturing existing customer relationships highlighting product/service value and uncovering growth opportunities
  • Knowledge/Experience on CRM / Salesforce / Data Management is added advantage
  • Strong project management skillset
  • Strong mathematical skills to analyze reports and work with large data sets
  • Strong oral and written communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 Must have the ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
  • Possesses a strategic mindset able to focus on the bigger picture while ensuring day to day tasks are supported appropriately
  • An ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively. If the way forward is not certain make sound decisions even in the absence of complete information
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering / Analytical Field
  • Proactive positive self-starter with a passion for continually improving the processes around you
  • Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Team Working Skills
