Job Description

Strategy Development and Implementation:

Formulate and execute CRM strategies that align with the company's overall business goals, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

CRM System Management:

Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of CRM systems, ensuring they are properly integrated with other business systems.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and generate reports to inform decision-making.

Campaign Development and Execution:

Design, develop, and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, etc.) to engage customers and drive desired outcomes.

Customer Engagement:

Manage customer interactions and inquiries across various channels, ensuring prompt and efficient responses.

Process Improvement and Automation:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor a team of CRM professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their roles.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, IT, etc.) to align CRM efforts with organizational goals and ensure a customer-centric approach.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
