Campaign Development and Execution:
Design, develop, and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, etc.) to engage customers and drive desired outcomes.
Customer Engagement:
Manage customer interactions and inquiries across various channels, ensuring prompt and efficient responses.
Process Improvement and Automation:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor a team of CRM professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their roles.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
