The ideal candidate will manage a team of 14-15 professionals, oversee multiple ongoing projects (4-5 simultaneously), and act as the key point of contact for client queries and escalations. The candidate must have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with proven experience in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 14-15 CRM professionals.
Oversee and monitor 4-5 running real estate projects simultaneously.
Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution.
Develop and implement customer service policies, standards, and procedures.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams to align client communication and project delivery.
Prepare and present regular reports on CRM activities, client satisfaction, and project progress to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA, and other regulatory requirements.
Continuously work towards improving CRM processes and client engagement strategies.
Requirements
Minimum
10-15 years of experience
in Customer Relationship Management.
Mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Strong client relationship-building skills and ability to handle escalations.
