Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
Handle customer queries via email, phone, chat, or CRM tickets
Follow up with customers to resolve issues and maintain relationships
Use CRM software to track leads, interactions, and service requests
Generate and maintain reports from the CRM system
Assist sales teams by managing leads and tracking conversions
Support marketing campaigns through customer segmentation and data analysis
Monitor customer behavior and feedback
Implement follow-ups, reminders, and loyalty initiatives to improve retention
Prepare regular reports on customer activity, satisfaction, and performance metrics
Share insights with management for decision-making
Identify gaps in customer service processes
Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams
Ensure consistent communication with customers across all channels
