Manage and maintain the company's CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to improve customer retention and loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
2. CRM Strategy & Campaign Management
Assist in developing and executing CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and repeat business.
Plan, create, and manage targeted marketing campaigns using CRM data (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
Segment customer databases for personalized communication and offers.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
Track CRM campaign performance metrics (open rates, conversions, churn, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer journey and retention rates.
4. System Management & Optimization
Ensure CRM systems are functioning smoothly and coordinate with IT or vendors for updates and improvements.
Maintain data hygiene by regularly cleaning, validating, and updating customer records.
Implement automation workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
Coordinate with product and digital teams to ensure CRM integration with other digital tools and platforms.
6. Customer Retention & Loyalty Programs
Develop and manage loyalty programs, rewards, or referral initiatives.
Monitor customer lifecycle stages and create re-engagement strategies for inactive customers.
7. Compliance & Data Privacy
Ensure CRM activities comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information at all times.
