Job Description

Conduct onboarding sessions for new dealers and partners with company overview and system walkthroughs.

Deliver engaging technical/product training sessions (online & in-person)

Manage CRM activities: handle inquiries, update lead status, track loyalty enrollments, and monitor lead-to-demo ratios.

Resolve escalations (ports, complaints) by coordinating with dealers, clients, and internal teams.

Maintain training materials, SOPs, and partner communications.

Ensure quick responses to complaints/escalations (within 2 hours).

Build relationships to ensure smooth partner integration into the company ecosystem.

Strong technical aptitude with basic understanding of software systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi/Gujarati).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
