Job Description

Manage and maintain positive relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.). Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of customer concerns. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates. Prepare reports on customer feedback and suggest improvements in products or services.
