CRM Data Management team is responsible for –
  • Inbound feed monitoring of credit relevant feeds from various sources systems
  • Risk capturing for all CIB relevant portfolios on Global Credit Risk System
  • Monitoring of excess tickets issued and sign-off of tickets
  • Manage deadlines and ensure adherence to regulatory / audit requirements
  • Ensure appropriate and consistent governance is implemented across all Risk management / reporting processes, including dedicated quality analysis of all reporting prior to distribution
  • Manage timely delivery of Risk reporting (at legal entity level) to consistently high quality standards and support ad hoc reporting as required
  • Ensure timely implementation of static and dynamic data updates on the risk systems
Responsibilities/Tasks:
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for Risk Data processes (eg. exposure/trade mapping processes)
  • Drive various internal change initiatives and projects
  • Set objectives for individual resources aligned to Organization-wide goals
  • Drive the development plans of supervisors and high potential resources in cooperation with Operations manager
  • Manage key stakeholder relations both onshore and offshore;
Experience/Exposure:
  • ~10 years work experience in either Banking (Operations, Business Process Reengineering, Change, Finance, Risk Management) or related fields such as Finance, Treasury, or Operations
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written/verbal)
  • Ability to work with different cultures and across different geographic locations.
  • Exposure to project management and change initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance related courses (e.g. Accountancy, Business, Economics and Banking &Finance) or Computer Sciences & Information Technology. Preferably CPA or CIMA qualified Post Graduate course or credits a plus Competencies: Technical:
  • Understanding of banking products (Debt, Equities and Derivatives, e.g. MM, CPs, Fixed Income Instruments)
  • Knowledge of Credit Risk Management (Basel requirements, regulatory guidelines related to credit risk and financials)
  • Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Liaise with Credit Risk community for accurate data capturing across Traded products and Commercial banking facilities including LGD, FPD, Rating and Review Dates
