The primary role of IT Application function is to analyze, design, develops and maintain IT applications based on business requirements across all business functionalities. Key deliverables include using current programming languages and source code to develop, test, debug complex applications and provide post production support within the agreed time, quality, performance and budget constraints. Working closely with key stakeholders, DBAs and system administration to define and document technical specifications and schedule.

Work closely with product owners/business stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives (OKRs) and identify suitable technology solutions based on existing ResMed solution base, cloud solutions and custom implementations based on time-to-market, cost, benefit, business strategy, reliability & scalability.

Analyze current technologies used within the CRM team and determine ways to improve.

Work closely with business and IT to ensure hardware/software is available for projects and working properly.

Applies functional knowledge and existing methodologies to solve complex problems or execute specialized projects

Exercises judgment in selecting the methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

Providing advice/direction in primary area of expertise.

Leveraging professional expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.

Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations.

Frequently leads sub-functional teams or projects and train and mentor junior team members within the CRM team.

Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions.

Define clear goals and priorities for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution.

Serves as a best practice resource within own area of work.

Let\xe2\x80\x99s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

IT Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or relevant qualification

Minimum of 5 years of related Salesforce experience in Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds

Strong knowledge in building Salesforce.com applications, leveraging Apex Classes, Triggers, VisualForce Pages, Lightning etc.

Experience with Dev Ops, Source control management and Release deployment process

Strong knowledge on Data migration, platform security and platform overall administration

Provide on-going technical support for existing custom Apex code being used on the Force.com platform

Strong analytical and problem solving experience

Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across all levels

Preferred:

Salesforce Certified Developer experience

Knowledge in Healthcare domain is preferred.

Knowledge of data design, architecture and data modeling.

Applies functional knowledge and existing methodologies to solve complex problems or execute specialized projects.

Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
