Job Description

- The analyst will be working with cross-functional teams both inside and outside of the client including - Technology, Client Reporting, Middle Office Trade Management, Corporate Actions, and Vendors (such as State Street, Clearwater, Aladdin).

Responsibilities:

Performance:

- Daily QMAC Report (involves downloading data from PRISM/Aladdin, running macros to build report)

- Daily Custom Benchmark to Client Reporting Team (send daily index returns for blended index)

- Monthly Return Upload into Compro

- Monthly RKS and Clear Water performance tracker spreadsheet creation

- Quarterly custom benchmark return calculation (blended index using quarterly portfolio weights)

Clearwater (vendor):

- Work with Tech to track and follow up on open incident tickets

- Work with Clear Water on tracking insurance KPIs and escalating missing analytic data points

- Review daily 3-way position recon (Clear Water vs PMR vs Custody) and performance recon (Clear Water vs PMR)

- State Street RKS (vendor)

- Reviewing & escalating recon breaks to owners to help drive down aging

- Review and send out daily Total Market Value recons to banks/clients

- Onboarding New Accounts (Aladdin vendor)

- Opening new equity accounts

- Metrics/Allocations

- Monthly metrics - collating and tracking

- Quarterly Allocations

- Semi-annual market data review

- Ad-hoc presentations
